Mended started where most great local trades start — a phone in one hand, a wrench in the other, and a customer telling their neighbour. Over the years that's grown into a Gas Safe registered company serving homes and landlords across Essex and Suffolk.

Every customer found us through a friend, a recommendation, or a job we did down the road.

That's a high bar to keep — and it's exactly the bar we want. Every job carries the Mended name, the Mended octopus, and the Mended promise: tidy, fair, and explained in plain English.

We're insured, certified, and properly trained on the systems we work with. We don't dabble in things outside our specialism, and we won't quote for work we can't do brilliantly.
